All of the following options require the purchase of a leak resistant rigid container, a cremation casket, or temporary use casket as required
by the crematory.
Musselman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. requires that all remains must be POSITIVELY IDENTIFIED by the next of kin or a legal
representative prior to cremation. It is our policy to request clothing and mementos to create a dignified manner of memorialization.
This list of ten services is included in each Cremation Option Package unless otherwise stated in the Musselman Funeral Home & Cremation

1. Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff.
2. Transfer of remains to Funeral Home.
3. Custodial care with encasing remains in vinyl body pouch.
4. If needed, refrigeration of remains for a maximum of 72 hours.
5. Gathering information from the family for the funeral obituary.
6. Transfer of deceased to crematory.
7. Retrieval or disposition of cremated remains is included in each option.
8. Specialized care and cleansing of the body for positive identification of the remains by next of kin or legal representative.
9. Deceased remains placed in cremation container required by crematory.
10. Embalming is not included in any option unless stated.
None of the following options include merchandise or cash advance items unless specifically stated. Merchandise and cash advance items will be added to the price of the cremation option selected by the family.
All cremated remains will be given to the Authorized Representative (next of kin or legal representative). Musselman Funeral Home &
Cremation Services,Inc. will not retain cremated remains. The Authorizing Agent(s) authorizes the selected crematory to release the
cremated remains to the Funeral Home and to be picked-up by the Authorizing Agent(s) within ten (10) days of that date.

2 hour evening viewing, or visitation, funeral service, followed by cremation (rental casket included)
This package includes transfer of remains to the funeral home, embalming, dressing, casketing and cosmetizing, basic services of funeral director and staff, use of facilities for up to a 2 hour viewing, or visitation use of staff and facilities for funeral ceremony, hearse, register book, memorial cards, cremation fee, temporary container for cremated remains and staff for committal service.
