I NEED HELP IMMEDIATELY! We know this is a difficult call to make and we would like to ease this process as much as possible. Please call (717) 763-7440 NO MATTER THE HOUR. Your call will be answered by someone from Musselman's or our 24 hour live answering service who will be prepared to contact a funeral director to assist you. Please be prepared to give the following information: Name of person calling Is the person calling the next of kin? If not who is the next of kin? Name of person who died. Are they a veteran? Location of deceased and the contact number there – ie home, hospital, nursing home, etc. Contact information of next of kin and/or person who will be making arrangements with the funeral director. This includes telephone and email address. Once a funeral director contacts you an arrangement conference will be scheduled. At that time a questionaire will be emailed to you. This questionaire is designed to prepare you for the arrangement conference and ease the process. It is not necessary to complete the questionaire but it will be very helpful to you to look over the questionaire before the arrangement conference.
