From making sure that our family got to sit with him; allowing me to turn the radio on to the local rock station for him to listen to; suggesting and then offering to cut some of his hair as a keepsake; letting us dress him in his own clothes and placing personal momentos with him; arranging for us to follow our son throughout the entire cremation process before his send-off; answering all our phone calls and questions and offering comfort and hugs and crying with me….it has all been appreciated more than you can know.
