Ruth E. Jackson Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Ruth E. Jackson 94, of Camp Hill passed away on Friday, October 18, 2019 at VibraLife Assisted Living of Mechanicsburg. Ruth was born on May 24, 1925 in Salina, Kansas and was a daughter to the late Sigfried Danielson and Emma (Andersson) Danielson. Ruth was a business disbursement clerk for the GE credit. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church of Camp Hill, PA. Ruth enjoyed sewing, cross stitch, and making various crafts. Surviving are her loving husband of 71 years, Joseph T. Jackson, a son, Gary L. Jackson and wife Nina of Mechanicsburg, Grandchildren, Jason Jackson and wife Raquel, Stephanie Chambers, Hilary Jackson, Alex Tretiak, Great grandchildren, Carter Chambers, Dominique Jackson, Joseph Dean Jackson, many Nieces and Nephews in the United States and Sweden. In addition to her parents Ruth is predeceased by a son, Jay A. Jackson, a brother, Carl Danielson, sisters, Signe Nelson, Esther Jones, and Martha Marchbank. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held at the church from 10 to 11:00 AM. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Donations may be made to her church at 1610 Carlisle Rd, Camp Hill, PA 17011 or the charity of one choosing.
