Scott Ashley Leiser

May 11, 1974 - October 1, 2016

It is hard to believe that the “big teddy bear” has left us to be with his Dad once again. There were only two times when Scott Ashley (he loved that name) Leiser was early for anything. The first was May 11, 1974 when he was born, and the second was October 1, 2016 when he made an early exit from this earth. Scott was the son of the late Jack Leiser and Linda Clark Leiser Springer. He is survived by his mother, stepfather, Steve Springer, his sister, Stefani Rosenstein (Derrick), niece Sadie, nephew Jack, step son Alex Glaser and wife, Lynette Glaser. The “big guy” loved to cook, but was a messy one. He was a talented musician and artist. He loved to golf. He was the kindest person you could ever hope to meet with the biggest heart. Scott was a personnel trainer at Bodybuilding.Com and was the friendly weekend ticket seller for the Pride of the Susquehanna. He was an Eagle Scout, former Elder and Board Chair at First Christian Church, past member of the East Pennsboro Republican Association, former Assistant Tax Assessor for the Twp. and former member of the East Penn school board. He was also a faithful usher at Theatre Harrisburg. Visitation will be Saturday, October 8, 2016 from 9-11 AM at Enola Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 22 Salt Rd., Enola. The service will be held at 11 AM. Graveside services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery, Millersburg, PA. The family asks that donations be made to GoFundMe.com for the Scott Leiser Memorial Scholarship. Musselman Funeral Home Is Honored To Serve The Leiser Family.
