Traditional Cremation Package - A

2 Hour Evening Viewing, or Visitation, Funeral Service, followed by Cremation (Rental Casket Included)This package includes transfer of remains to the funeral home, embalming, dressing, casketing and cosmetizing, basic services of funeral director and staff, use of facilities for up to a 2 hour viewing, or visitation use of staff and facilities for funeral ceremony, (at the funeral home and or church) hearse, register book, memorial cards, and staff for committal service.This package does not include: Casket, vault, or cash advanced items.

TRADITIONAL CREMATION PACKAGE - B

1 Hour Same Day Viewing, or Visitation, Funeral Service, followed by Cremation (Rental Casket Included)This package includes transfer of body to the funeral home, embalming, dressing, casketing, and cosmetizing, basic services of funeral director and staff, use of facilities for a 1 hour viewing, or visitation use of staff and facilities for funeral ceremony, (at funeral home and or church) hearse, choice of register book, memorial folders, cremation fee, state permit, coroner’s authorization fee, and staff for committal service.This Package does not include: Urn vault – only if required by the cemetery and/or cash advanced items.

TRADITIONAL CREMATION PACKAGE - C

Embalming, Dressing and 1 hour Private Family ViewingThis package includes transfer of body to the funeral home, embalming, dressing, basic services of funeral director and staff, arrangement conference, obituary draft/writing and final draft, filing the death certificate, state permit, coroner authorization fee, temporary container for cremated remains and staff for the committal service. This package is limited to immediate family.This package does not include: Urn vault – only if required by the cemetery and/or cash advance items.

TRADITIONAL CREMATION PACKAGE - D

Cremation, 1 Hour same day Visitation, Memorial ServiceThis package includes transfer of remains to the funeral home, refrigeration of body, basic services of funeral director and staff, use of facilities for funeral ceremony, (at funeral home and or church), and one hour visitation, choice of register book, memorial folders, cremation fee, state permit, coroner’s authorization fee, and staff for committal service.This Package does not include: Urn vault – only if required by cemetery and/or cash advanced items.

TRADITIONAL CREMATION PACKAGE - E

Funeral Service with No Viewing or VisitationThis package includes transfer of body to the funeral home, refrigeration of body, basic services of funeral director and staff, arrangement conference, obituary writing/draft and final draft, cremation fee, state permit, coroner’s authorization fee, use of facilities for funeral ceremony, hearse, choice of register book, and memorial folders.This Package does not include: Urn vault – only if required by the cemetery and/or cash advanced items.

Cremation Followed By Burial of CremainsThis package includes transfer of body to the funeral home, refrigeration of body, basic services of funeral director and staff, arrangement conference, , obituary writing/draft and final draft, cremation fee, filing the death certificate, state permit, coroner authorization fee, temporary container for cremated remains, use of hearse and staff for committal service.This Package does not include: urn vault – only if required by the cemetery and/or cash advanced items.

Direct CremationThis includes transfer of body to funeral home, refrigeration of body, basic services of funeral director, arrangement conference, cremation fee, filing the death certificate, state permit, coroner’s authorization fee and temporary container for cremated remains.This does not include cash advanced items.Body Donation to Humanities GiftsThis service includes transfer of the body to the receiving hospital, basic services of funeral director, arrangements with family, submitting the obituary, filing the death certificate and the state permit.
